MT – Well I think I finally have got this to the point where I can publish the site. I still have some work to do on it, but I am pretty happy with what I have right now so I decieded to publish this. I hope to add updates daily (if I can) and also talk about some things that are going on in the world of BBQ. Please check back often and please let us know what you think of the new site!!

3/21/2010 – This past weekend was the USA Barbecue National Championship at North Little Rock BBQ Competition. They paid out over $100,000 in prize money!! There were over 220 teams entered in this contest.

Some very good friends did really well!! Troy Conner of Extreme Roasters got 1st place in the Brisket Category. He finished up 27th overall (remember, out of 220 teams).

The Smokin Scotsmen, also from Michigan came in 21st overall!! What a great showing!!

The Motley Que Crew, from Michigan as well, came in 78th overall.

I am very proud of these friends great showing in a very tough competition!!
