Catering
Our Catering service is second to none. We offer a variety of services that will meet the needs of most customers, if they do not, please contact us and we will work with you to meet your needs.
Full Service On-Site Catering: We come to you, and setup our mobile smoker and cook all of your menu items right on site. We will also setup up a serving line either buffet style, or served* by our friendly staff.
Drop off/Pick Up: We can prepare your menu items ahead of time and have them heated up and ready to serve on an agreed upon time. We can either bring the items to you, or you can pick them up.
