Taste of Grand Rapids BBQ Cook Off:
RSS is really coming up in the ranks. Out of 40 teams RSS placed 7th over all! What an achievement! In the four categories we placed top ten in three of them: 7th in Ribs, 8th in Chicken and Pork Butt!
Mt. Morris Midwest BBQ Blues Throw Down:
RSS received 2nd in chicken and 3rd in pork. We placed 12th overall out of 29!
Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple BBQ Cookoff:
RSS got 5th in brisket and placed 11th overall out of 36!
Flushing Harvest Fest Rib Cookoff:
Mike and Steve competed separately. Steve took home the grand championship. Go Steve. Mike placed 6th.
